REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, payments cannot be refunded on custom orders.  If you are not happy with your order please email [email protected]  If the error occurs on this end, a replacement will happily be sent out.  If it is a mistake on your end you will be charged.  
All changes on orders must be made within 48 hours.
